Most kitchens go from digital template to install in 7 to 10 days. We fabricate in our Odessa shop and install with our own crews, so we control the schedule.

Yes. We own the largest indoor slab yard in West Texas at 1927 North Jackson in Odessa. You pick your exact slab from Cambria, MSI Q Quartz, Della Terra, Daltile and Stratus.

What We’re Seeing in Our Shop Right Now

Taj Mahal quartzite, leathered: We’ve installed 31 Taj Mahal kitchens since January 1st. It’s outselling granite 3 to 1 because it hides water spots from Odessa hard water.
Waterfall edges: Our CNC saw ran 42 waterfall panels in April alone. Up from 25 in April 2025.
Jobsite reality: Had a homeowner in Midland call us last week — her polished quartz island from 2022 etched from lemon juice. We’re replacing it with leathered Volcano Fusion next Tuesday.
2026 pricing we quoted yesterday: Volcano Fusion $98/sqft installed for a 55 sqft kitchen, Taj Mahal $124/sqft. Includes template, fabrication, install, and 15-year sealer.

Questions Homeowners Asked Us This Month

Is Taj Mahal quartzite too expensive compared to granite?

I pulled the numbers for a customer on 23rd Street last Tuesday. 60 sqft kitchen: Santa Cecilia granite was $4,100 installed. Taj Mahal quartzite was $6,840. She went quartzite because her last granite chipped near the sink. For $2,700 more, she got a stone that’s 2 points harder on the Mohs scale. You decide if that’s worth it.

Do I really need leathered if I want waterfall?

Come look at the two islands in our showroom. The polished one shows every fingerprint from the past hour. The leathered one we installed for the Parker family in October still looks clean and they have 3 kids. Waterfall costs $900-$1,400 extra.

Will hard water ruin quartzite?

Only if you don’t seal it. We use Dry-Treat Stain-Proof on every job. I have it on my own kitchen since 2019 — West Texas water, no rings. We re-seal customers free in year 1, then recommend every 18 months. Bring me a water sample and I’ll test it.

How long from measure to install right now?

As of May 29, 2026: 9 days if the slab is in stock. We have 18 quartzite bundles on the ground today. If we have to order from Houston, add 6 days. Call us at 432-555-0000 and we will check today’s inventory while you’re on the phone.
